    Cocktail preparation

    • 1/8 Core the pumpkin and keep the flesh
    • 2/8 Blend the flesh with pressed orange juice to make the puree
    • 3/8 Pour the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker
    • 4/8 Fill the shaker with ice and contain it with a strainer
    • 5/8 Mix using the throwing technique 5 times
    • 6/8 Pour into emptied pumpkin with crushed ice
    • 7/8 Complete with champagne
    • 8/8 Serve
