To meet the growing demand for non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, Giffard draws on 140 years of expertise in flavour extraction to offer two complementary ranges. The Giffard Alcohol Free range, inspired by the maceration process used in liqueurs and the schrub technique. The Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Base range, designed as an alternative to traditional spirits.

These non-alcoholic products are distinguished by their rich aromas, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and a lovely complexity, enabling the creation of creative, balanced and indulgent non-alcoholic cocktails.

Inspired by infusion process of liqueurs and the shrub technique, Giffard has developed a new range in which fruits and plants are macerated in wine vinegar. The result is an alcohol-free range with great aromatic richness and a reduced level of sugar to underline this aromatic intensity, which brings complexity, length in the mouth and a real added value to the cocktail.
