    Cocktail preparation

    • 1/8 Decorate the glass and refrigerate
    • 2/8 Crush the pink berries in the bottom of the shaker with the honey syrup
    • 3/8 Pour the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker
    • 4/8 Fill the shaker to 2/3 with ice cubes
    • 5/8 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
    • 6/8 Strain into a glass without ice but previously chilled
    • 7/8 Complete with champagne
    • 8/8 Serve
