Cocktail preparation
- 1/8 Decorate the glass and refrigerate
- 2/8 Crush the pink berries in the bottom of the shaker with the honey syrup
- 3/8 Pour the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker
- 4/8 Fill the shaker to 2/3 with ice cubes
- 5/8 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- 6/8 Strain into a glass without ice but previously chilled
- 7/8 Complete with champagne
- 8/8 Serve
