Cocktail preparation

  • 1/6 Make a saline solution: 80g water to 20g salt.
  • 2/6 Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  • 3/6 Fill the shaker 2/3 full with ice cubes.
  • 4/6 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds.
  • 5/6 Strain and serve in a coupe glass without ice.
  • 6/6 Garnish and serve.
