Cocktail preparation
- 1/6 Make a saline solution: 80g water to 20g salt.
- 2/6 Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- 3/6 Fill the shaker 2/3 full with ice cubes.
- 4/6 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds.
- 5/6 Strain and serve in a coupe glass without ice.
- 6/6 Garnish and serve.
