Tasting tips

- pineapple leaf / caramelized pineapple pieces with Espelette pepper powder
Cocktail preparation
- 1/7 Mash the pineapple chunks and coriander leaves with the lime juice in the base of the shaker
- 2/7 Pour the liqueur into the shaker
- 3/7 Fill the shaker to 2/3 with ice cubes
- 4/7 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- 5/7 Strain into a glass filled with ice
- 6/7 Complete with sparkling water
- 7/7 Garnish and serve
