Tasting tips

  • pineapple leaf / caramelized pineapple pieces with Espelette pepper powder

Cocktail preparation

  • 1/7 Mash the pineapple chunks and coriander leaves with the lime juice in the base of the shaker
  • 2/7 Pour the liqueur into the shaker
  • 3/7 Fill the shaker to 2/3 with ice cubes
  • 4/7 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  • 5/7 Strain into a glass filled with ice
  • 6/7 Complete with sparkling water
  • 7/7 Garnish and serve
