    Cocktail preparation

    • 1/4 Fill the glass with ice cubes
    • 2/4 Pour the ingredients
    • 3/4 Mix gently and briefly
    • 4/4 Garnish & serve

    Hibiscus tea:

         1000ml water
         100g dried hibiscus flowers
         100g fresh pineapple
         a few anise stars
         a few cloves
         a few cinnamon sticks

         Bring to a boil
         Finely filter
         Allow to cool before use
