Giffard Egg White Syrup
Cane sugar and egg white syrup.
Giffard Egg White is an innovative solution to create egg white based cocktails (like sours) bringing taste, texture and foam, in a fast and simple way and in complete food safety.
Use the Dry-Shake technique:
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously. Add ice cubes to refresh, shake again for a few seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled glass.
Cane sugar, water, EGG white, preservative : sodium benzoate.
Pour 100 ml : Energie : 303 kcal / 1287 kJ - Fats : 0 g - Saturated fatty acids : 0 g - Carbohydrates : 75 g - Sugars : 75 g - Proteins : 0.6 g - Salt : 0 g .
- Store in a dry, clean and cool place (maximum 25°C)
