Introduction

Aperitif cocktail composed of non-alcoholic sparkling wine – the result a citrusy flavoured spritzer. Cocktail to be made directly in a balloon glass.

    Tasting tips

    • in a mixing glass
    • ice cubes
    • wine
    • sprig of thyme / lemon slice

    Cocktail preparation

    • 1/3 Add all the ingredients into a balloon glass filled with ice
    • 2/3 Mix well, once diluted, add more ice
    • 3/3 Garnish & serve
