Fall Fashioned Apricot Negroni

ABV : medium+

  • 40 ml Cognac VSOP
  • 15 ml Abricot du Roussillon
  • 15 ml thyme liqueur
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml pear purée
  • 3 dashes orange bitters

  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : grated tonka beans, dehydrated lemon wheel

 

  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  5. Garnish & serve
