Ron Barceló Organic
Barcelo Organic is the first organic rum from the Dominican Republic.
It is made from sugar cane grown through organic farming, without fertiliser and with natural irrigation.
It is aged for a minimum of 24 months in new oak barrels in accordance with the standards for organic rums.
With 150 hectares of sugar cane in organic farming, production is limited to 240,000 litres per year.
Its aromas of caramelized cherries, cocoa and tabacco make it a complex rum that is very pleasing to the palate.
