With more than 600 varieties, the cherry can be a more or less dark red, up to black and, sometimes, the cherry can be totally yellow.
The Morello (Griotte) cherry is the fruit of a small shrub (Prunus cerasus). Of a more or less dark red color, and with a tangy taste, the morello cherry is mainly eaten cooked, in savory and sweet recipes, in brandy or in liqueur.
- Store in a dry and cool place, if possible away from light.
- Close the bottle tightly after use
For aperitif with a dry white, rosé or sparkling wine.
