Giffard Pistachio Sauce contains pistachio paste which delivers a taste of fresh pistachio followed by an intensely creamy and honeyed finish.
Opaque green, thick, smooth and slightly speckled with ground pistachios.
Freshly ground pistachios, roasted pistachios, caramelised nuts, slightly salty and earthy.
Intense first note of fresh pistachios, then salty notes, followed by an intensely creamy and honeyed finish. Extremely balanced, touching both salty and sweet notes, while the strong notes of freshly crushed pistachios are dominant. Earthy notes from the shell are also present.
The pistachio is a nut produced by a shrub of 3 to 10 meters. The nut is widely used in food, for sweet dishes and in pastries or often grilled as a simple snack.
