- Glass : rocks / tiki
- Method : shake
- Ice : crushed
- Garnish : mint sprig, chocolate candied orange zest, crushed pistachios
- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish & serve
Flash infusion chocolate & cognac :
- 100g dark chocolate (80%)
- 250 ml cognac
- Break chocolate into a cream dispenser
- Add cognac
- Charge the dispenser with two N2O chargers
- Shake well
- Empty out the dispenser and collect the resulting liquid
- Strain with a coffee filter of a cheese cloth before using
