40 ml Irish whiskey
-
15 ml
Toffee Nut Syrup
-
80 ml filter coffee
-
30 ml double cream

- Glass : mug
- Method : build
- Ice : –
- Garnish : 3 coffee beans
- Pour the whiskey, the syrup and the coffee in a preheated mug
- Stir briefly
- Lightly whip the double cream
- Layer it slowly on top of the other ingredients without mixing
- Garnish & serve
