2 bsp unsweetened chocolate powder

- Garnish: whipped cream, chili flakes
- Pour the syrup in a mug
- Steam the milk until frothy
- Mix the chocolate powder with the steamed milk
- Pour on the syrup
- Garnish & serve
Caution: the heat increases the spiciness of chili syrup, you may want to advise the customer when they order. Spiciness decrease as the drink cools down, it becomes more palatable when it’s just warm and not boiling ho.
