Cinnamon Latte Macchiato Thyme 4 Pears

ABV: stiff

  • 15 ml Quince Syrup
  • 50 ml wild Madagascar pepper infused pear eau-de-vie
  • 1 trait aromatic bitters
  • 1 trait chocolate bitters
  • 1 trait orange bitters

Difficulty level : ***

  • Glass : rocks
  • Method : stir
  • Ice : cubed
  • Garnish : orange zest, candied ginger

 

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the mixing glass with cubed ice
  3. Stir with a barspoon for 15 to 20 seconds
  4. Strain into a ice-filled glass
  5. Garnish & serve

Leave 10 g of wild Voatsiperifery pepper from Madagascar (Piper Borbonense)  to infuse in 500 ml of pear eau-de-vie for 2 hours, and strain before use.
