The Woodruff syrup is made from plant extracts (safflower) enhanced by a hint of lemon juice. Woodruff is a flowering perennial plant which grows undergrowth and which is known for its medicinal and culinary virtues.
Deep and luminous emerald green.
Warm and stewed notes of apple and vanilla.
The stewed notes (vanilla / slightly caramelized apple), mixed with the slightly acidulous flavors of green apple and lemon, notes of sweet spices (licorice, cinnamon …) at the end of the mouth.
To flavour and bring a sweet note to lagers or dry white wines, to flavour the famous “Berliner WeiBe” (german light wheat beer).
