Light yellow coloured. Strong aromas of william pear variety. Scent of freshly cut pear. Nice balance between the sweet and slightly acid notes. Velvety palate reminiscent of the pear flesh.

To enjoy with water or in cocktails, or to flavour a white wine or sparkling wine.
