Fresh Pepper

Cocktail created during a "Giffard Creative Cocktail" session on the 26th of May 2009.

 Rhubarb Liqueur Ginger syrup

Ingredients

1 cl = 2.95 oz

Preparation

Muddle the strawberries and basil leaves into the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Pour all ingredients. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into the martini glass. Garnish with grated coconut and black pepper.
