Soshu Mangalore
Cocktail created during a "Giffard Creative Cocktail" session on the 26th of May 2009.
Cocktail with a shaker.Ingredients
- 30 ml soshu
- 20 ml Mangalore
- 40 ml Gum syrup
- 40 ml raspberry purée
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml ginger beer
1 cl = 2.95 oz
Preparation
Fill the shaker with
ice. Pour all ingredients. Shake until well chilled. Strain into the highball
glass filled with ice . Garnish with raspberries.
