Strawberry Rhu
Cocktail created during a "Giffard Creative Cocktail" session on the 26th of May 2009.
Cocktail with a shaker.
Ingredients
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 30 ml silver tequila 100% agave
- 40 ml Rhubarb Liqueur
- 5 ml Gum syrup
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
1 cl = 2.95 oz
Preparation
Muddle the strawberries into the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Pour all ingredients. Shake until well chiled. Double strain into the flute. Garnish with rhubarb.
