Giffard West Cup 2007 Winning cocktail recipe
Cocktail created by Mathieu Gouret, ABF Bretagne/Pays de Loire, Paris Je t'aime, Nantes.
Preparation
Use an "old fashion" glass.
Crush orange & strawberry dices together with basil and honey syrup, add ice, then pour Rhubarbe Liqueur on it and finish with Champagne.
An original and harmonious creation, fresh and full of fine flavours.
