Long drink created by M.Alain GABRIEL, rhumerie "Le Cyclamen", Le Havre.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Mangalore
- 2.5 Cachaça Thoquino
- 1 cl Passion fruit syrup
- 4 cl Ginger juice
- 1.5 cl Pineapple juice
1 cl = 2.95 oz
Preparation
Use a shaker.
Garnish : pineapple, chilli, ginger.
