Tasting notes

Colour : violet with slight grenat  shades . Very bright.

Aroma :  floral. Spring aroma with floral touches (violet, rose…).

Taste  :  very aromatic, floral , sweet and smooth.

How to drink it ?

  As aperitif with sparkling wine (in « Kir ») or in cocktails.

The violet liqueur is very concentrate. 1 vol liqueur for
8 vol. wine is sufficient for a perfect aromatic balance.
