Tasting notes

A zesty orange nose with hints of both mandarin and clementine and honeyed, earthy notes.On the palate, this very dry liqueur has a wonderfully silky mouth feel with bursts of both cooked orange and also fresh orange skin. The warm orangey finish is dominated by honey and spices cloves.

How to drink it ?

Perfect for cocktails based on tequila, specifically in margarita.

maceration into alcohol of "griottes Montmorency" cherries and darker and sweeter cherries (giving to the Guignolet its specific colour and aroma ), to which we add a dash of kirsch.

Ruby coloured with fine raspberry shades. 
Fresh aroma due to the blending of various aromatic notes (sharp and sweet cherries).
