  1. Hollow out a pumpkin and save the flesh
  2. Blend the flesh with fresh orange juice to make the purée
  3. Add the ingredients except champagne in a shaker
  4. Ice up the shaker with cubed ice and hold with a strainer
  5. Throw 5 times
  6. Pour to the hollowed pumpkin over crushed ice
  7. Top up with champagne
  8. Serve
