Apple Buck Banana Colada

Cocktail created in 2010 by Julie Reiner, Clover Club, New York City.

ABV : stiff

  • 75 ml Rye whiskey
  • 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10 ml Apricot Brandy
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters
  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : stir
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : dried apricot

 

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the mixing glass with cubed ice
  3. Stir with a barspoon for 15 to 20 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  5. Garnish & serve
