  • Ice : cubes
  • Garnish : lemongrass stick, kaffir lime leaf

 

  1. Pour the ingredients into a blender except soda water
  2. Blend without ice to mix the ingredients
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass
  4. Top up with soda water
  5. Garnish & serve
