  • Glass : rocks
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : cubed
  • Garnish : dehydrated lime wheel, half rim of salt and ground Espelette pepper

 

  1. Coat the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with salt and ground Espelette pepper and set aside
  2. Add the ingredients to a shaker
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
  6. Garnish & serve
