• Glass : highball
• Method : build
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : pineapple makis, pineapple leaves

1. Ice up the glass
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Garnish & serve

Fat-wash :

• 50 ml sesame oil
• 700 ml vodka

1. Combine vodka and sesame oil in a pot, and set over a burner on the lowest heat
2. Cook for 20 minutes without bringing it to boil, stir occasionally
3. Remove from heat and let cool before transfering to a container
4. Place in the freezer for 12 to 24 hours until the oil completely solidifies
5. Fine strain out using a cheese cloth or a coffee filter and discard the solid oil
