Road To Espelette

Ingredients
Preparation
50 ml
Piment d'Espelette (Chile Liqueur)
10 ml lime juice
6 fresh pineapple chunks
10 cilantro leaves
fill with soda water

Glass : highball
Method : shake
Ice : cubed
Garnish : pineapple lieaves, pineapple chunks caramelized with Espelette pepper powder
Muddle the pineapple chunks and cilantro leaves with the lime juice in the shaker
Add the liqueur to the shaker
Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
Shake vigourously for 7 to 10 seconds
Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
Top up with soda water
Garnish & serve
