Road To Espelette Fluffy Sour

  • Glass : highball
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : cubed
  • Garnish : pineapple lieaves, pineapple chunks caramelized with Espelette pepper powder

 

  1. Muddle the pineapple chunks and cilantro leaves with the lime juice in the shaker
  2. Add the liqueur to the shaker
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigourously for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
  6. Top up with soda water
  7. Garnish & serve
