Rhubarb Cooler Creamy Speculoos Latte
  • 20 ml Rhubarb Syrup
  • 25 ml Cranberry juice
  • 1/2 Lime juice
  • 10-12 Fresh mint leaves

Pour all ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass. Muddle gently.
Top with ginger beer, garnish with rhubarb ribbon.
