  • 30 ml Aged rum (Barcelo Imperial)
  • 30 ml Calvados
  • 30 ml pear juice
  • 5 ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 2 drops orange blossom water
  • top cider

  • Method : build
  • Ice : cubed
  • Garnish : dehydrated pear slice, cinnamon stick

 

  1. Ice up the glass
  2. Pour the ingredients
  3. Briefly stir gently
  4. Garnish & serve
