Mangalore Sour Rouge Pastille

Cocktail created by 8 international bartenders during a workshop led by Fernando Castellon.

ABV : stiff

  • 20 ml Mangalore
  • 20 ml Aged rum
  • 20 ml Aperol or other Italien bitter liqueur

Difficulty level : ***

  • Glass : rocks
  • Method : stir
  • Ice : cubed
  • Garnish : lime zest

 

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the mixing glass with cubed ice
  3. Stir with a barspoon for 15 to 20 seconds
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice
  5. Garnish & serve
