Cocktail created by 8 international bartenders during a workshop led by Fernando Castellon.

  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : strawberry, ground pepper, grated coconut

 

  1. Muddle the strawberries and basil leaves in the shaler
  2. Add the ingredients to the shaker
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  6. Garnish & serve
