Dirty Banana Mai Tai

Created in 1922 and named after Valentin Rudolf’s movie, adapted from the novel Sangre y Arena by Vicente Blasco Ibañez

ABV : medium

  • 20 ml Scotch whisky
  • 20 ml Cherry Brandy
  • 20 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 20 ml orange juice

Difficulty level : ***

  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : orange zest

 

  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  5. Garnish and serve
