  • 10 ml Blackberry syrup
  • 20 ml coconut cream
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml passion fruit juice

  • Glass : highball
  • Method : blend

  1. Pour the ingredients into a blender
  2. Ice up the blender with twice as much crushed ice as the liquids
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour out to a glass with no ice
  5. Serve
