  • 20 ml Pistachio syrup
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 25 ml apple juice
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 5 pods green cardamom

  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : star anise

 

  1. Muddle the cardamom pods in the base of a shaker
  2. Add the ingredients to the shaker
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  6. Garnish & serve
