Liqueur made from raspberry infusion (alcoholic juice resulting from the fruit maceration). The raspberry varietal used is “williamette” sourced from Serbia. This varietal is very aromatic and coloured, well suited to a maceration process.
Colour : deep red with orange and amber shades. Nose : slightly spiced and natural fruit flavour. Strong pungent notes of red fruits like blackcurrant or redcurrant. Taste : dynamic, slightly acidulated. very fruity taste with notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. Long and very aromatic finish, very close to the raspberry flavour.
In aperitif with Champagne or Crémant, in cocktails.
With mango, passion or pineapple sorbet, with vanilla or nougat ice.
