Pure sugar syrup made from natural black tea and bergamot extracts.
Colour: dark brown.
Citrus fruit notes of the bergamot sweeten the smoky and slightly bitter notes of black tea. A very nice balance.
In ice tea: topped with still or sparkling water.
To flavour mojitos: Use earl grey tea syrup in replacement of sugar cane syrup.
Simply with hot water or to flavour cakes and desserts.
