Made from slow maceration of “Noir de Bourgogne” Cassis, harvested in the Val de Loire region. It gives to the liqueur a full and intense aroma.
Dark and purplish-blue in color but glowing. The nose, enchanting, reveals ripe fruit with a touch of leaves and cassis buds to help the fruit achieve maximum character.
Rich in taste : sweet but not syrupy, giving powerful fruit flavors.
A perfectly balanced composition. On ice the sweetness fades, reinforcing the cassis berry aromas and vegetal touches.
Pure on crushed ice or in cocktails.
