Natural  lemon syrup crafted from lemon zests and cane sugar.The Citronade was created in 1929 by Felix Bigallet with fresh lemon zests and sugar cane from the West Indies. Bigallet remains the founder of this famous Citronade, which is still today produced in the same traditional way it was at the very beginning.

Colour : transparentTasting notes : strong and sweet lemon taste, no bitterness. Slightly acidulous. Lower sugar rate than the classic lemon syrup.  A long and sweet lemon taste in palate.
The untreated lemons (from spain) are sorted out and washed, then small hand machines will cut and separate the lemon zests. Several steps of maceration and distillation will then alternate until obtaining the final "alcolate" which will bring its full aroma to the cane sugar syrup.
